RED is a program by Immersive Music Group AB. This site is a showcase for the artists — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy, so there is very little to collect.

Immersive Music Group AB is the controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

No forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors and we never sell data.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs (including your IP address) to serve the pages and defend against attacks. That is a legitimate interest in keeping the site up and secure, and those logs are not used to identify you.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The only cookies that can appear come from the embedded Spotify player, and only if you allow it — which is why the player starts as a button rather than loading on its own.

If you allow it, Spotify sets its own cookies (for example sp_t, which lasts about a year) and receives your IP address and the page you are on. Spotify is then its own controller for that data; see Spotify's privacy policy.

Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage under red-consent. Nothing leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Fonts and images

Typefaces are served from this site, not from Google, so reading a page contacts no third party at all. Photographs of the artists are published with their consent. Landscape images are generated, not photographs of real places.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@immersivemusicgroup.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Links out

Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Spotify open those services, which have their own policies. We are not responsible for what they do once you are there.
